In a large sauce pan, melt the butter. Store your leftovers in an airtight container or in the casserole dish wrapped tightly with plastic wrap. Its a comfortingly satisfying dish thats a lot healthier than you might suppose. Grease a casserole dish. Use the yogurt to bind casseroles with rice and lean chicken or seafood. Add cut up pieces of softened cream cheese, garlic and onion powders, and 2 eggs to a large mixing bowl. Add all of the ingredients (minus the shredded cheese) into the casserole dish and mix together with a wooden spoon making sure that everything is well mixed and submerged in liquid.
